Leadership means the ability of an individual or a group of individuals to influence and guide
followers or other members of an organization. A leader needs to influence to others so it can cause an impact on them, these abilities will make people follow him.
Being a leader implies to listen what the others want to but he or she is not in the position of simply give away dose wishes. A great leader knows that the wishes come true only with hard work, so what it does is to mark or built a bridge to make the process more simple for the rest. A leader guides the others instead of giving orders. Anyway, there are people that disagree with the leader's instructions, so the leader must be able to convince and know how to solve troubles.
Also, a leader pushes the team to what they need to, not necessarily has gide the other to their wishes. A leader knows what the others deserve, so he or she is always thinking further and higher than the others, and always want to let them see what are those expectations.

One of the most common failure in humanity life, is that we are always in the comfort zone. The comfort zone is were we are when we don´t wanna dream more about our future. We just accept exactly what we have and were we are instead of dreaming how life it would be if we really use our own skills for something else. Every single person in the world was born with their own talent, in can be for art, for study or sports, but some of those people do not take advantage of that talent and just their life just how it is. I am not telling that you should about having what other people has, am talking about dreaming your own future, being the best in something we should all have aims in our lives, because without them living just does not have sense. By the passing of the years English has become an internationa language, this is because it has been learned as a second language all around the world and is also a common language in many important domains in the world such as science, commerce ando culture.
English also opens doors in the academic world. Nowadays, it will give you the opportunity to study in the top colleges in the world.
You might been asking yourself about what where the origins of english? Well, it all started in Great Britain. After the colonization in South America, Britain expanded to North America, teaching the indigeous people the language. After, the Industrial Revolution was taken in Great Britain, which influenced in the rest of the world. Later, it take place the First and Second World War, in where countries with english as first language dominated the 20th Century  and onwards.
Nowadays, english is essental for our entrepreneurship, we shall start learning english so we can have more opportunities in our future.

We are all ignorants about what is happening in the rest of the world, which is unknown for us. We all avoid the truth about other´s people life, we seem to don´t care while we actually are afraid and dissapointed on what we can get about to know.

All over the time the human has been in the Earth, slavery has existed in many different ways. In every single group, a member is treated as a slave, making the hard works without getting any compensation.

I think that the slavery exist because, as humans, we need the feeling of superiority over someone else, we need to think or beung better than someones or in something. This human characteristic, wight be one of the most dissapoing things in our lifes. If we want a change, we must change the ideology that everyone has.
